Services

Four ways we help organizations make AI useful.

From the first question to a working system and a capable team. We can support the whole journey, or just the part where you need help most.

We tailor scope, delivery approach, and investment to the operational problem at hand. You receive a clear proposal once the context is understood.

01 ADVISE

AI strategy & opportunity review

Find the opportunity. Define a realistic path forward.

When it fits: You can see an opportunity, or you are under pressure to "do something with AI", but you need clarity before committing budget and staff time.

AI Opportunity Review · 2 weeks

Workflow review, ranked use cases, a build-vs-buy view and a practical roadmap.

What we do

  • Opportunity discovery

Map how work actually gets done and where time, errors or delays concentrate.

  • Readiness assessment

Check whether the data, systems and team are ready for what is being proposed.

  • Use-case prioritization

Rank ideas by value, feasibility and risk, including the ones to leave alone.

  • Solution design

Sketch the architecture and the people-side changes before anyone writes code.

  • Build-vs-buy decisions

Compare off-the-shelf tools with a custom build, honestly and in plain language.

  • Responsible AI

Identify privacy, security and oversight questions early, so they shape the design.

What you receive

  • Opportunity map: Ranked opportunities with effort, value and risk for each.
  • Recommended approach: What to build, buy, simplify or postpone, and why.
  • Roadmap: A phased plan with realistic resourcing for the first steps.

02 BUILD

AI & intelligent systems

Turn the opportunity into a working system.

When it fits: You know what should improve and need a dependable system, not another demo.

Pilot Build · 4–6 weeks

A working first version on your data, tested, documented and handed over.

What we do

  • AI applications & internal tools

Focused software that removes a specific operational bottleneck.

  • Knowledge assistants (RAG)

Assistants that answer from your own documents and show their sources.

  • Workflow automation

Automations with clear checkpoints where a person reviews or approves.

  • Integrations

Connecting AI models to the systems and data you already use.

  • Backend & APIs

The services, data handling and access control a real system needs.

  • Deployment

Containerized deployment, basic monitoring and a documented release process.

What you receive

  • Working system: Deployed, tested and documented code that your organization owns.
  • Evaluation checks: A repeatable set of test questions or cases to catch regressions.
  • Runbook & handover: How to operate, update and troubleshoot it, walked through with your team.

03 OPTIMIZE

AI reliability & improvement

Make existing AI systems dependable.

When it fits: You already have an AI assistant or workflow, but it gives wrong or unsupported answers, is slow or costly, or nobody trusts it.

AI System Health Check · 1–2 weeks

A structured review of how the system answers, where it fails and what to fix first.

What we do

  • Retrieval & grounding

Better chunking, hybrid keyword + vector search and source handling.

  • Evaluation & testing

Test sets and scoring so quality is measured, not guessed.

  • Prompt & model tuning

Clearer instructions, structured outputs and the right model for the job.

  • Performance & cost

Find where time and tokens are spent, and reduce both.

  • Architecture review

Data flow, failure handling and maintainability.

  • Failure analysis

Trace the questions it gets wrong back to their causes.

What you receive

  • Findings report: What is going wrong, why, and the evidence for each finding.
  • Prioritized fixes: A ranked list of changes, with quick wins separated from bigger work.
  • Evaluation set: A reusable set of test cases to check future changes against.

04 ENABLE

AI adoption & team capability

Make the organization capable.

When it fits: Your people have access to AI tools, but use is uneven, habits are ad hoc and nobody is sure what is safe or worth doing.

Team AI Workshop · Half-day, or a 4-session programme

Hands-on practice on your real tasks, with simple rules for checking AI output.

What we do

  • Role-specific training

Practice built around the tasks each team actually does.

  • Workflow design

Decide where AI fits in a process, and where it does not.

  • Structured AI use

Reusable prompts and templates instead of one-off chats.

  • Responsible use

Clear guidance on data privacy, verification and when to escalate.

  • Enablement programmes

A multi-session programme that builds habits over several weeks.

  • Handover

Equip internal champions to keep improving after we leave.

What you receive

  • Workshop session(s): Live, hands-on sessions using your own (non-sensitive) examples.
  • Team playbook: Documented workflows, prompts and verification steps your staff can reuse.
  • Next-step plan: Recommendations on where to go deeper after the sessions.

Build · ready-to-deploy

Website Support Assistant

Visitors get quick answers about your services, hours and policies, drawn only from documents you approve. When it does not know, it says so and offers one-tap WhatsApp, email or call buttons to reach your team.

You can try it right here. The assistant on this website is the same product we install for clients, set up with Blueberry's own documents.

Designed around your content

Clear answers from approved sources.

Built for your workflow

A tailored handoff when the answer needs a person.

  • Ownership: You own it. Hosting (a small cloud server) and AI usage are billed to you directly by the providers, with no per-message platform fees and no lock-in.
  • Support: Optional updates, prompt adjustments, and uptime monitoring are available when needed.
Discuss your needs

What it does

  • Answers only from the documents you provide (PDF, Word, Excel/CSV, PowerPoint, HTML, Markdown or text) and shows the sources behind each answer
  • Finds exact details reliably, such as product codes and phone numbers, using keyword plus semantic search
  • Hands over to your team with WhatsApp, email and call buttons when the answer is not in your documents
  • Added to your website with a single script tag, styled with your colors, logo, greeting and starter questions
  • A password-protected admin page to upload or remove documents and test answers
  • One private instance per client: your documents and chat history stay on your own server

It answers questions and hands over to people. It does not take bookings, and it is not a WhatsApp bot.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Short, honest answers to what organizations usually ask first.

Do we actually need AI?

Not always. Some problems are better solved with a simpler workflow, a standard tool or ordinary software. Part of our job is to tell you when that is the case, before you spend money on a build.

Who do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses (SMEs) and NGOs and development organizations. We work remotely with clients in different countries, and all of our work is delivered in English.

What does it cost?

We tailor scope, delivery approach and investment to the operational problem at hand. You receive a clear proposal once we understand the context.

How are engagements scoped?

We start with the work that needs to improve, then propose a clear scope, delivery approach and appropriate next step.

How do you handle our data?

We only ask for the information a piece of work needs, use it only for that work, and are happy to sign an NDA. Where it makes sense, systems run on infrastructure you control. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal data through the contact form.

Is the chat assistant on this site real?

Yes. It is our own Website Support Assistant, the same product we install for clients, answering from Blueberry’s own documents. If it cannot answer, it points you to our email.

Who will we work with?

Blueberry was founded by Victor Kola. You work directly with the people designing and building your system, not through layers of account management.

What happens after delivery?

You own what we build. Every build ends with documentation and a handover session, so your team can run it. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but it is never compulsory.

Not sure which engagement fits?

Describe the problem and we will recommend the simplest sensible starting point. We reply within two business days.
